LOS ANGELES, Nov. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- The David Allen Company (DAC) today announced that it has named C. Patrick Smith, to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Smith succeeds company founder David Allen, who will ascend to the role of chairman.

Smith Brings Diverse Business Leadership Experience

Smith also served as EVP of Intellinex, the elearning subsidiary of Ernst & Young, LLP. Most recently, Smith was CEO of Behavioral Science Technology (BST), where he led the firm to triple-digit growth and rapid international expansion from 2003-2007.
