Halla, a highly regarded veteran of the transportation industry, most recently served as President of Con-Way Truckload where he achieved unprecedented growth and service improvement through the development of innovative business strategies.

Halla's priorities at SCG include expanding the company's services, developing its portfolio of customers and engineering operational enhancements that will establish SCG as a preeminent service provider.
Halla received his BS Degree in Business Administration/Finance and MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Birmingham, Alabama.
In other management appointments, David French has been selected as Sr. Vice President, Operations for SCG. In his new role, French will be tasked with improving service and margin and growing revenue in the truckload and third party line-haul product lines. He will oversee the day-to-day functions and processes of the network to ensure best-in-class service throughout the operation.
A 30-year transportation professional, French joined CEVA in 2000 and has held management positions at the station, region and corporate levels. Prior to CEVA, French held a variety of managerial roles at Roadway Express and FedEx Ground.
