Wolverine World Wide, Inc. Announces New Member of its Board of Directors

ROCKFORD, Mich., Feb. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Wolverine World Wide, Inc. (NYSE: WWW) is pleased to announce that William K. Gerber has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors.

Gerber, age 53, joins the Wolverine board having served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kelly Services, Inc., a Fortune 500 company that is a leader in staffing solutions. Gerber also served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller for The Limited, Inc. a global lifestyle brand company best-known for its Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works brands. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
