Deerfield Spa Appoints New Fitness Director

EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa., Feb. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Deerfield Spa is pleased to announce the appointment of fitness director, Jeanine Clingingsmith, certified trainer and B.S., Exercise Science.

Clingingsmith has previously held positions as Health Fitness Specialist with Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems, Inc., New York, NY; Project Coordinator with Black Box Networks, Duluth, GA; and Spectrum-Certified coach with Spectrum Conditioning Systems, Port Washington, NY.

While with J&J, Clingingsmith managed a corporate exercise facility, designing and overseeing company-wide wellness programs, ergonomic exercise breaks, weight loss programs, personalized exercise regimens, and health fairs.

At Black Box Networks, Clingingsmith designed the employee fitness center and personally trained senior management. Her areas of expertise include personal training, group exercise, weight management and lifestyle counseling, an integrated approach to physical conditioning, improving human performance, and diabetes management.

Deerfield Spa in Pennsylvania's Pocono Mountains, is minutes from the Delaware Water Gap Recreation Area, and approximately two hours from both New York City and Philadelphia.
