MultiVu Video Feed: LG MOBILE PHONES RAMPS UP POLITICS AT LG ACTION SPORTS CHAMPIONSHIPS

The sixth annual LG Action Sports World Championships typically centers on action sports and musical entertainment. But with the upcoming Presidential election so close, it's also focusing on politics this year.

The World Championships, held at Seattle's Key Arena, is partnering with Declare Yourself, a non-profit, nonpartisan organization empowering 18-29 year old Americans to vote. Attendees of the three-day action sports and entertainment extravaganza are being encouraged to hit the polls and cast a vote November 4th.

The LG Action Sports World Championships is the culmination of the 2008 competition season for skateboarding, BMX, and inline skating pros. Professional athletes qualify to compete at the world championships based on their results from a series of 22 qualifier events around the world.

Among the musical guests performing at the event this year include The Game, MXPX, Pennywise, and Hoobastank. The LG Action Sports World Championships runs October 31st-November 2nd. For more information, visit www.lgactionsports.com.
