Craftmade International Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

COPPELL, Texas, March 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Craftmade International, Inc. NASDAQ: CRFT announced today that the Board of Directors of the Company declared its third quarter cash dividend of $0.12 per share. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2008 to holders of record on March 31, 2008.
