Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers, Colliers ABR, Colliers Pinkard and Colliers Turley Martin Tucker Appoint Gary Helminski to Lead National Project and Development Services Group

WASHINGTON, NEW YORK, BALTIMORE and ST. LOUIS, Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers, Colliers ABR, Colliers Pinkard and Colliers Turley Martin Tucker today announced they have appointed Gary Helminski as National Director for Project and Development Services. Mr. Helminski will report to Joseph Stettinius, Jr., Chief Executive Officer of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers.

Mr. Helminski will lead the expansion of the consolidated companies' service offerings in this practice, currently with over 120 professionals, to include development services, multi-site program management, relocation and move management, and national account project management for both corporate and investor clients.

Mr. Helminski is a real estate professional with 25 years of experience in strategic planning, location analysis, capital planning, financial analysis, re-positioning, development management, construction and operations. Prior to joining Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers, he most recently served as Managing Director of the Project and Development Services group at Jones Lang LaSalle. Previous to this position, he served as a partner with Arthur Andersen's real estate services group.

Mr. Helminski is a registered architect with NCARB certification and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
