Triple Net Properties Acquires Maitland Promenade

SANTA ANA, Calif., Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Louis Rogers, President of Triple Net Properties, LLC, announced today the acquisition of Maitland Promenade, on behalf of tenant in common investors.

Maitland Promenade is an approximately 230,366 square-foot, five story office building located in Maitland, a suburb of Orlando, Florida. The property is located near Interstate 4. Maitland Promenade was constructed in 2001 and is currently 100% leased to nine tenants, including Star Networks, Inc., UnitedHealthcare, and Option One Mortgage.

The property was purchased from Opus Real Estate Ventures, LLC, which was represented by Christopher Casey of Secured Capital Corp. The acquisitions team at Triple Net Properties represented the tenant in common buyers. Financing was provided by LaSalle Bank and was arranged by Eric Tupler of L.J. Melody.
