FacilitySource Appoints Bill Hayden Chief Executive Officer

WESTERVILLE, Ohio, Dec. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- FacilitySource, the leading facility maintenance and management service provider, has named Bill Hayden as the company's Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to being appointed Chief Executive, Hayden, 33, served as Chief Operating Officer for FacilitySource for the past 2 years and will continue to be responsible for the overall management of day-to-day operations. "His current duties will expand to include the overall strategic direction of FacilitySource, operational management of FacilitySource's transaction centers in Ohio, Arizona, and Chester, England, as well as FacilitySource's fmPilot software development initiatives," says Edward D. Turen, Chief Executive Officer of Control Holding Group, the parent company of FacilitySource.

Hayden's experience in the facility maintenance industry combined with his strong foundation in technology enables him to provide sound strategic direction. Prior to joining FacilitySource, Hayden worked for one of the largest facility services contractors in North America as a regional vice president. He was responsible for general management of regional office for a $2+ billion company providing facility maintenance services to Fortune 500 clients in the retail, financial, pharmaceutical, technology and hospitality markets.

Prior to working in the facility maintenance industry, Hayden worked in the technology sector, providing workflow and process improvement solutions to clients such as AOL Time Warner and McGraw Hill Publishing. He holds a B.A. in Computer Science and Business Administration from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina.
