Easy Energy Announces the Completion of the Yogen(R) Product Suite and the Signing of its First Distribution Agreement

LAS VEGAS, Nov. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Easy Energy, Inc. (OTCBulletinBoard: ESYE) (http://www.easy-energy.biz), inventor and manufacturer of the Yogen(R) product suite, a series of highly innovative man-powered generators for recharging cellular phones and small electronics devices, is pleased to announce that the final version of the Yogen(R) has been completed and is now ready for mass production.

On April 20th of this year the company executed an agreement for the Middle East Territory with Al-Sadeef Trading Company (headquartered in Jordan) and its shareholders Mr. Tahseen Jasim Hamadi and Mr. Ali Jasim Hamadi. In exchange for exclusive sales and marketing rights in the region, Al-Sadeef agreed to purchase an amount of at least 300,000 Yogens per year or $3,000,000.
