CVR Energy Annual Meeting to be Held Friday, June 6

SUGAR LAND, Texas, May 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CVR Energy, Inc. NYSE: CVI announced today that its annual meeting, originally scheduled for May 14, 2008, will be held on Friday, June 6, 2008.

The annual meeting was postponed to allow shareholders additional time to review CVR Energy's amended annual report on Form 10-K/A, which contains recently revised 2007 financial results. The annual meeting will begin at 10 a.m. CDT at the Sugar Land Marriott Town Square Hotel, 16090 City Walk, Sugar Land, Texas.
