BJ Services Announces Declaration of Dividend

HOUSTON, Feb. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BJ Services Company (NYSE: BJS) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $.05 per share, payable April 15, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 14, 2008.
