Mass Megawatts (OTC Bulletin Board: MMGW) Announces Spinoff

WORCESTER, Mass., Nov. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mass Megawatts Wind Power Inc., (OTC: MMGW) (BULLETIN BOARD: MMGW) announces the spinoff of shares received in a recent agreement with GreenVest Technologies Inc. Mass Megawatts intends to spin off one share of GreenVest Technologies Inc. for each share of Mass Megawatts held. The spinoff will be non-dilutive to Mass Megawatts, and is targeted to be issued to shareholders of record in the Spring of 2006.

Mass Megawatts received approximately 3,300,000 shares from GreenVest Technologies in exchange for a limited licensing agreement for its Multi-Axis Turbosystem (MAT) Technology. The MAT wind power generation cost is 40% below traditional wind energy technologies and is directly competitive with fossil fuel power plants such as natural gas.

The agreement allows the shareholders of Mass Megawatts to benefit from the emergence of the biofuels industry, while potentially earning Mass Megawatts lucrative licensing fees.

GreenVest Technologies plans to develop the respective technologies for both stand-alone applications, and as components in a symbiotic wind/biodiesel hybrid system for concurrently producing biofuels and smooth power currently under development.
