NEW YORK, Dec. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- America's cell phones are ringing with the seasonal sounds of Mariah Carey's holiday classic, "All I Want For Christmas Is You," the first and only seasonal Mastertone to achieve an RIAA certification. The Mastertone has been certified Gold by the RIAA for sales of 500,000 units.

Originally released in 1994, Merry Christmas has gone one to become one of the top-selling holiday collections of all time, selling more than 11 million copies worldwide while earning 5x platinum certification from the RIAA. "All I Want For Christmas Is You" is currently #9 on the SoundScan Top 200 Hot Digital Tracks chart while another Mariah holiday standard, "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)," has just entered that chart at #171.
