OAKLAND, Calif., July 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ask.com (http://www.ask.com), a leading search engine and wholly-owned business of IAC NASDAQ: IACI, today announced the completion of the previously announced agreement to acquire Lexico Publishing Group LLC, owner of Dictionary.com, Thesaurus.com, and Reference.com.

The all-cash transaction was announced on May 15, 2008.
