NASHVILLE, Tenn., May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Ambulatory Services of America, Inc. announced the formation of ROSA of Denton, LLP, its fourth joint venture to provide outpatient radiation oncology services. ROSA of Denton is a joint venture between Denton Cancer Center, LP and ASA's subsidiary, Radiation Oncology Services of America, Inc. ROSA of Denton will own and operate a radiation therapy facility in Denton, Texas that was previously owned and operated by Denton Cancer Center.

ROSA of Denton will offer state-of-the-art cancer treatment services, including intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) in the Denton center. The joint venture expects to build on Denton Cancer Center's legacy of providing high-quality cancer care to the residents of the north Dallas area. Tahir Rana, M.D. will serve as medical director for ROSA of Denton.
