Dey, L.P. Reaches Settlement with State of Missouri on Pricing Litigation

NAPA, Calif., April 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Responding to today's announcement about the settlement between the State of Missouri and Dey, L.P., John Kling, Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs at DEY, stated, "We welcome this resolution to the pricing litigation brought by the State of Missouri.
