SEATTLE, March 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- L & L Financial Holdings, Inc. OTCBulletinBoard: LLFH ("L & L" or the "Company") today announced that its advisor Dickson Lee, CPA, becomes Chairman of the Company's second power subsidiary, LSP Technologies, Inc.
LSP Technologies, Inc. ("LSP") is a new power joint venture in China based on the contract signed on 1/18/2008. The LSP created its Board and elected Mr. Dickson Lee, CPA, as the Chairman on 3/12/2008. Mr. Lee was associated with KPMG and NYNEX (now Verizon) in New York, and Hong Kong. Mr. Lee also served as a judicial member of Hong Kong SEC Insider Dealing Tribunal for six years. Mr. Lee is a US citizen and he resides in Seattle. He has been shuttling between the US and China for over 20 years since 1987. Mr. Lee speaks fluently Mandarin and Cantonese, is considered as a China- hand in business and commerce.
LSP subsidiary is a spin-off from the Company's first power subsidiary, LEK. Both subsidiaries are located in Liuzhou, China. LSP is 70% owned by the Company, and 30% owned by a group of Chinese individuals. LSP assembles and markets fuel-efficient, screw-type compressors for coal and construction industries, while LEK focuses on piston-type compressors. LSP also plans to market air compressors that can make compressed natural gas for city buses and taxis, to reduce gasoline usage and improve air quality in China. All LSP compressors will piggy-back on its sister company LEK's well-know brand name and 21 sales channels through out China. LSP products will be available in May 2008.
