John Deere Owner Trust 2004 Announces Note Redemption

MOLINE, Ill., Feb. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- John Deere Owner Trust 2004 today announced that it has elected to redeem all of its outstanding Class A-4 3.02% Asset Backed Notes and Class B 2.90% Asset Backed Notes, and make the final distribution on its Asset Backed Certificates. This redemption will take place today, February 15, 2008. The redemption price of the Notes and the final distribution on the Certificates will be equal to the outstanding principal amount of the Notes and Certificates as of the redemption date. Today is also a monthly Payment Date for the Notes and Certificates.
