TAMPA, Fla., Jan. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- At their recent annual meeting, the shareholders of Fowler White Boggs Banker elected William J. Flynn, III to the Board of Directors. Mr. Flynn also serves as the head of the Firm's International Practice Group and practices in immigration law from the Firm's Tampa office. Rhea F. Law will continue to serve as the Firm's CEO and Chair the Board of Directors. John D. Emmanuel was elected to serve as president, secretary and treasurer.
The remaining members of the Board of Directors and Corporate Officers continuing their terms include: E. Jackson Boggs -- Chairman of the Firm, C. Joseph Coleman and Joseph Lopez.
In addition to the board elections, W. Donald Cox was appointed chair of the Litigation Department in addition to his position as Firm General Counsel, and Linda L. Shelley was appointed chair of the Business Department which includes the Corporate, Tax, Intellectual Property, Trusts and Estates, International, Real Estate, Government, Environmental and Land Groups. Mr. Coleman will also serve as Firmwide Hiring Shareholder.
Thomas C. Dearing was selected as Hiring Shareholder to focus on Northeast Florida and John P. Marino was named Office Managing Shareholder of the Firm's Jacksonville office. Hala A. Sandridge was selected as Hiring Shareholder to focus on law school hiring.
The Firm also announced administrative appointments of Scott Fletcher as Director of Finance and Accounting and Deb Brewer as Director of Human Resources.
