New Name for Merged Law Firm: Husch Blackwell Sanders LLP

ST. LOUIS and KANSAS CITY, Mo., Jan. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Upon completion of the merger between Husch & Eppenberger, LLC, and Blackwell Sanders LLP, the official new name of the law firm will be Husch Blackwell Sanders LLP. "The firm name was decided by the flip of a coin because we felt that in a true merger of equals this was the most fair way to determine the new name," said Joseph P. Conran, co-chairman of the new firm.

"It was important to both of us that we go into this as equals; Husch won the toss," said David A. Fenley, co-chairman.

The new firm will be a commercial litigation and business services law firm with approximately 630 attorneys.
