NETANYA, Israel, November 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE: CEL) (TASE: CEL) (hereinafter: the "Company"), announced today that it will be releasing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009 on Monday, November 16, 2009.
