Optionally, the report can display information that compares a participant's view of what they believe is important to success with his/her manager's view of the same. This data creates the foundation for rich conversations between the participant and his/her manager regarding performance expectations and identifying the most critical behaviors required for success.

Detailed Statistical Results: This new section of the report goes well beyond the standard display of average performance ratings for each item on the survey. It provides deeper insight into a participant's performance by displaying the how the ratings were dispersed across the survey rating scale. When displayed by role, a participant can see the frequency distribution unique to a certain subset of raters, such as peers or direct reports.
