Penn Treaty to File Unaudited 2006 Financials Today; Will Host Investor Conference Call February 20

ALLENTOWN, Pa., Feb. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Penn Treaty American Corporation (NYSE: PTA) today announced that it will file its unaudited financial statements and related disclosures on Form 8-K for the period ended December 31, 2006, following the close of business today, February 15, 2008.
