Washington Dental Service Opens Larger Spokane Office

SPOKANE, Wash., Jan. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Washington Dental Service today announced it is establishing a larger presence in the Spokane community. The new facility will initially employ about 40 people, including several who are already employed by WDS in Spokane. Eventually, the number could expand to 70 people.

"We have had tremendous success with our customer service center in Colville and we want to expand our operations in Eastern Washington. We chose to grow in Spokane because of the large skilled work force, the great quality of life in Spokane and our desire to keep jobs in Washington," said WDS President Jim Dwyer. "Our Spokane facility will help us continue to provide top-quality service to our customers throughout Washington and the nation."

Washington Dental Service established a customer service center in Colville in 2002. That office has expanded and now employs more than 100 individuals.

WDS will be the first tenant in the new Iron Bridge II Building, which is part of the Iron Bridge Complex. This expansion will allow Washington Dental Service to increase its presence in Eastern Washington and consolidate existing sales staff with administrative and customer service personnel into a single Spokane facility.
