Access America Announces Partnership with SPM, LLC

RICHMOND, Va., Aug. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Access America today announced an exclusive partnership with SPM, LLC to supply travel insurance services and products, through its RealTimeRental software, to Strategic Planning and Management, LLC (SPM) clients such as Realogy.

SPM is the preferred software provider for Realogy, owner of real estate brands such as Century 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA and Sotheby's. SPM provides its RealTimeRental management software to Realogy's vacation rental business, which was the catalyst for the partnership with Access America. The partnership with Access America will provide the vacation rental portion of Realogy's business with a vacation insurance product.

Access America's insurance for a vacation rental includes coverage for Trip Cancellation and Interruption, Baggage, Roadside Assistance, Medical Transportation as well as coverage for the contents of a home or condo that may be accidentally damaged during a vacation stay.

SPM's RealTimeRental is used by a total of 150 clients, including Realogy, all strictly property management firms. On average, SPM's clients manage between 400 and 600 properties and handle between 2,000 and 4,000 reservations per year.
