Maidenform Brands, Inc. Announces Global License Agreement With Donna Karan International

ISELIN, N.J., May 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Maidenform Brands, Inc. NYSE: MFB, a global branded marketer of intimate apparel, today announced that the Company has entered into a global licensing agreement with Donna Karan International to design, source and market women's intimate apparel (innerwear) under the Donna Karan and DKNY brands. The agreement is effective immediately and financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The agreement grants Maidenform the rights to design, source and market a full Collection of Donna Karan and DKNY women's intimate apparel products (innerwear). This Collection will be distributed worldwide principally in high-end department and specialty stores. The products are expected to launch at the beginning of 2009.
