WASHINGTON, June 29 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Jim Kelly, who has been the President of the Food and Drug Law Institute for almost three years, announced today that he will not seek renewal of his contract so that he can pursue other opportunities closer to his family in the New York area. Mr. Kelly will remain as President of FDLI until a successor is named. In response to his announcement, William Schultz, Chairman of the Board of the FDLI, issued the following statement:
