LAS VEGAS, March 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ameristar Casinos, Inc. NASDAQ: ASCA today announced that it will be presenting at two upcoming conferences.

Bear Stearns' 14th Annual Retail, Restaurant and Consumer Conference will be held at the Bear Stearns Headquarters in New York City. Ameristar will present Thursday, March 6 at 2:15 p.m. Eastern Time.
