DENVER, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Lamb Board is partnering with PRIMAL (www.artofthebutcher.com) to invite lamb loving chefs to join together in markets across the country to celebrate the art of butchery, wood fire cooking methods and whole animal utilization. In 2009, local chefs and diners will unite in Napa, CA, and Atlanta, GA, for an on site demonstration where members of each distinguished dining community will breakdown whole American lambs and prepare ewe-nique lamb dishes. Guests will taste chef creations and enjoy boutique wines, artisanal spirits and craft beers.
"We are thrilled to partner with PRIMAL to showcase American Lamb in this series of culinary events," said Megan Wortman, Executive Director, American Lamb Board. "Butchery of an entire lamb is a great way to highlight lesser-known cuts and demonstrate the versatility of American lamb."
