BASKING RIDGE, N.J., Dec. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Restaurant people are tops -- and doctors lead the terrible tippers list, as compiled by Bartender(R) Magazine.

The Best and Worst Tippers List is based on over 3,000 telephone and website responses (http://www.bartender.com) conducted by Bartender Magazine, according to its publisher, Ray Foley.

    "It's a long-standing custom for restaurant people to tip other restaurant
people very well.  Wouldn't you?" Foley says. "Doctors, they take care of the
