    1 dash lemon juice
    3 oz chilled champagne
    1 dash of grenadine or black currant juice (optional)

    glass.  Add a dash of lemon juice and, if desired, a dash of grenadine or
    black currant juice for additional color.  Fill with chilled champagne.
