    --  "The Hills" finale averaged a 4.8 P12-34 rating to become the highest
        Hills telecast ever.

    --  With over 4.6 million average viewers (P2+), it was also the most
        watched Hills telecast ever.

    --  For the night (8PM-11PM), "The Hills" season 3 finale (#1) and "The
        Hills" Live Aftershow (#2) were the most watched telecasts across all
        of television among P12-34, even out-delivering broadcast.

    --  The P12-34 rating increased 60% from the season 2 finale and increased
        83% from the season 1 finale.

    "The Hills" Season 3 Full Season:

    --  The Hills is the #1 original series across all of cable in 2007 among
        P12-34.

    --  MTV was the highest rated channel among P12-34 in the Monday 10-10:30
        time period, beating both Broadcast and Cable

    --  The full season averaged a 4.4 P12-34 rating, up 51% from season 2 and
        up 62% from season 1.

    --  F18-24 delivered an impressive 12.2 rating, increasing 61% from season
        2 and 109% from season 1.

    --  This season reached over 73 million total viewers (P2+) with over 37
        million from our P12-34 core.

    "The Hills" Live Aftershow:

    --  The Aftershow delivered a 4.1 P12-34 rating, over-delivering the
        season 2 Aftershow by 123%.

    --  It also retained 86% of "The Hills" finale P12-34 viewers.

    --  MTV.com on Tuesday, 12/11/07 scored its biggest day ever, outside of
        the 2007 Video Music Awards, in terms of unique visitors. MTV.com
        garnered nearly 2.2MM uniques and delivered nearly 5.8MM streams.

    --  If that weren't enough, anticipation for the finale drove MTV.com
        traffic levels into record territory on Monday, 12/10/07, the day of
        the finale. Monday ranked as the fourth most-trafficked day for
        MTV.com ever (outside of the 2007 Video Music Awards), with 1.5MM
        uniques. More than 100,000 unique visitors viewed the Live Aftershow
        between 11PM and midnight.

    --  The excitement for "The Hills" also helped spike traffic for MTV's
        Remote Control pop-culture blog, which saw uniques spike by 600% on
        Monday and by nearly 900% on Tuesday, its best day ever.
