NEW YORK, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- ShopWiki (http://www.ShopWiki.com) and DigiPowers (www.digipowers.com) today announced a partnership to provide a new vertical product search tool for web publishers of consumer interest content sites.
"In teaming with DigiPowers, we've created an easily implementable shopping search service that provides a new revenue source for web publishers while also enhancing their consumer's experience with compelling and useful content," said Rory Cumming, CEO of ShopWiki. "Because we cover more than 300,000 online stores in eight countries the growth potential for a DigiPowers-enabled white-label version of our search engine is enormous."
DigiPowers' technology allows the ShopWiki product search engine to be seamlessly embedded into third-party web sites, extending the consumer reach of ShopWiki's product database to highly targeted consumer audiences. The new solution provides several easy integration solutions for content sites, such as:
- Widgets that produce dynamic, on-page product results
- A white-labeled "store channel" hosted by ShopWiki/DigiPowers
- A co-branded product search page on ShopWiki's site
ShopWiki and DigiPowers can also support a fully customized integration with existing sites if required.
Product search results can be fully automated based on keywords or customized to draw upon a site's editorial content.
"ShopWiki's powerful search engine gives us a terrific way to showcase our integration technology solution for web publishers," said Julia Miller, Founder and CEO of DigiPowers. "We're excited about the opportunity to significantly expand our business by offering ShopWiki's revenue-generating capability to a broad range of content providers."
