Unattended Bakery Ovens - Expansion Into the USA, Canada and Mexico

PREDMERICE NAD LABEM, Czech Republic, July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Company J4, the biggest Czech and a leading global producer of band baking ovens, has started production of a new line of automatic band ovens for bakery and pastry called "PRO FUTURO". The second new range is an automatic baking line with occasional supervision. The company wants to enter markets in the USA, Canada and Mexico.

Band cyclothermic ovens are manufactured as one-deck or two-deck models in various widths and lengths with various band types, from mesh to stone - granite. "Fully automatic lines are controlled by special software for entering up to 48 various recipes. Unattended lines with occasional supervision supplied in cooperation with TOPOS (dough preparation) and MOPOS (formation, dividing and rising) allow saving of human resources and, thanks to several patents, also decreasing energy intensiveness of baking," says Josef Mazl, co-owner of J4.

Continuous baking ensures high quality of various cookies, sponge biscuits, hamburgers, toasts, cakes and other candies, but also classical rye-wheat and rye bread, and pastries, without addition of coloring agents and E-number stabilizers. The company exports to the whole world. Over one thousand of these devices are currently installed in countries behind the Urals, throughout Europe up to Kuwait. J4 s.r.o. is able to deliver the whole operational units as complete ready industrial plants.

Company J4 regularly increases export capacities year-on-year with continuous turnover growth. Last year revenues reached approx 15 million EUR and due to technological development further growth is expected this year. Export share of baking ovens, devices and original spare parts reaches about 95 percent.
