Mobile Communications Accessory Company Iqua Appoints Paul Murdock Head of New U.S. Subsidiary

OAK PARK, California, November 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Iqua Ltd., the leader in innovative mobile communications accessories, today announced the appointment of Paul Murdock as vice president of Iqua for the Americas. Mr. Murdock, who brings 14 years of experience in the mobile communications industry to Iqua, will serve as head of Iqua U.S.A., based here.

He will be responsible for building Iqua's distribution channel in the U.S., Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as for product management, sales and marketing, and customer support and service throughout the region.

The first product to launch in the U.S. under this new organization is the revolutionary Iqua SUNTM Bluetooth headset. With a built-in solar-panel that uses any available light - outdoors and indoors - to extend the talk time of the headset, the Iqua SUN will be available through retail and online outlets in the U.S. in January.

Mr. Murdock has extensive experience in sales and channel development from his positions at Nokia and Philips, where he worked closely with operators and distributors. While there, his responsibilities also included market research, product development and strategic planning.
