WEST CHESTER, Ohio, July 2 /PRNewswire/ -- CONTECH Construction Products Inc. announced today that it had acquired the Thompson Culvert Company headquartered in Missouri with facilities in St. Louis, Sikeston and Springfield, Missouri.

Thompson Culvert Company has serviced Missouri, Illinois and a number of other Midwestern states with the manufacturing of corrugated steel pipe and the distribution of related construction products since 1964. CONTECH will continue to operate out of each of the Thompson facilities.
