The study measures customer satisfaction with cabinets based on evaluations in five factors (in order of importance): ordering and delivery, price, operational performance, design features, and warranty.

Power and Associates 2009 Cabinet Satisfaction Study(SM) with a score of 749 points, which was 20 index points above the cabinetry industry average of 729.
