Certified Contractors NetWork Hosts Industry Team Building Conference in Pittsburgh

ARDMORE, Pa., April 2, 2008 /PRNewswire/ -- Certified Contractors NetWork (CCN), a membership organization of elite contracting companies, today begins its four-day Spring Contractor Training Conference, "Unite Your Team and Transform Your Business," in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Focusing on team building, the conference provides a robust agenda complete with general sessions and breakouts on CCN best practices for increasing sales, motivating staff and eliminating problems that impede company growth. The conference takes place from April 2-5, 2008 at the Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel.

Attendees will learn key elements of team building including, the behavioral traits of a winning team, how to create a stronger team core and how to increase quality and production throughout their businesses by developing a cohesive staff. Conference presenters will include keynote speaker Jack Lengyel, the football coach on which the movie, We Are Marshall was based and Jennifer Deal, author of the recently published, Retiring the Generation Gap. The Spring Contractor Training Conference is one of four quarterly conferences hosted by CCN every year.
