Attendees will learn key elements of team building including, the behavioral traits of a winning team, how to create a stronger team core and how to increase quality and production throughout their businesses by developing a cohesive staff. Conference presenters will include keynote speaker Jack Lengyel, the football coach on which the movie, We Are Marshall was based and Jennifer Deal, author of the recently published, Retiring the Generation Gap. The Spring Contractor Training Conference is one of four quarterly conferences hosted by CCN every year.
