Plexus Online Drives Efficient Operations at NHK Spring Precision of America, Inc.

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., March 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Plexus Systems, providers of Plexus Online on-demand software for the manufacturing enterprise, today announced that NHK Spring Precision of America, Inc. (NSPA), a subsidiary of NHK Spring Co., has deployed Plexus Online's fully integrated technology solution.

NSPA produces and sells springs for engine valves and automatic transmissions for automobiles. The company was seeking an enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution for its manufacturing operations in Kentucky.

Plexus Systems held the key with its on-demand solution, which features functions such as ERP, accounting and finance modules, customer relationship management (CRM) features such as order entry and tracking, manufacturing execution systems (MES) function such as production scheduling and supply chain management (SCM) functions such as supplier quality and traceability. Now, Plexus Online manages NSPA's operations data, software and hardware, which enables NSPA's managers to focus on operations by tracking and managing critical aspects of their business using a web browser from anywhere in the world at any time.
