PHILADELPHIA, March 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Aria Systems, the leading provider of on demand transaction and customer management solutions, today appointed former Portal Software and Taleo executive Peter Worth as the company's first chief technology officer. The company also named Andy Frizzell to the post of Vice President of Customer Relations.
The newly created positions reflect increasing demand for Aria Systems' on demand billing platform among large-scale enterprises.

Worth, who brings more than a decade of technology and management experience in software development and management consulting to Aria Systems, will be responsible for the company's overarching product and technology strategy, as well as working with key partners to leverage Aria Systems' transaction management platform.
Prior to Aria, Worth was Director at Adjility Consulting, where he provided custom application development and operations services for small to medium business enterprises. Worth has also held lead developer positions at Taleo, Adjointed Consulting, and Portal Software.
Frizzell will be responsible for all Aria Systems' customers and partners in the areas of solution creation, implementation, training and support. Over his 15-year career, Frizzell has managed the implementation of billing systems for global companies with millions of subscribers, including AOL, XM Satellite and Sirius Satellite. Frizzell's prior experience includes leadership roles at CSG Systems, Portal Software, Datasweep and Bricsnet where he managed and supported enterprise software solutions nationally and internationally.
