Amdocs Rated 'Positive' Overall and 'Strong Positive' Within Communications Industry by Leading Analyst Firm

ST. LOUIS, Oct. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Amdocs (NYSE: DOX) , the leading provider of customer experience systems, today announced that it is has been rated "Positive" overall, and "Strong Positive" within the communications industry in Gartner's recent August 2007 report titled, "Vendor Rating: Amdocs". Amdocs received the highest possible rating, "Strong Positive", in the cross-industry areas of strategy (corporate viability), OSS for services and resource management, and Billing (revenue management).

Gartner evaluated Amdocs on corporate viability, including strategy, financial viability, marketing and organization, market offerings and customer service and support. Each sub-category within these categories is given a separate rating. According to Gartner, a vendor that receives a "strong positive" rating demonstrates it is a solid provider of strategic products, services or solutions.
