Interactive Skill Games Association (ISGA) Announces New Members in 2008

SACRAMENTO, Calif., Feb. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- The Interactive Skill Games Association (ISGA - www.onskill.org), today announced four new members to the association and released details regarding its legislative input in 2008.

Joining the founding member companies, King.com (www.king.com) and Fun Technologies (www.funtechnologies.com), are new members: Tournament Games (www.tournamentgames.com); GameColony (www.gamecolony.com); QuizArt.com (www.quizart.com); and Trivya (www.trivya.com). Potential new members are currently in discussion.

"The ISGA is moving quickly to create a unified voice for the interactive skill games industry and to gain a seat at the legislative table where new laws and regulations have an impact on our rapidly growing market," said Harlan W. In June 2008 the ISGA will present at the North American Gaming Regulators Association (NAGRA - www.nagra.org) where it will outline distinctions between games of skill and games of chance. In recent months, the ISGA provided written testimony to the House Judiciary Committee hearing on Internet gaming and met with many U.S. Congressional offices to offer additional insight, recommendations, and guidelines to lawmakers.

The ISGA welcomes new members that qualify for membership. Benefits of membership include quarterly updates on state-by-state and federal law developments, access to the ISGA's state-by-state blocking guidelines and the ISGA's skill games policy document.
