Founded in 1997, with over 285 million tournaments played, Tournament Games is a well established company with a recognized background as the first Internet skill-based tournament gaming platform. The acquisition of Tournament Games will allow ZOI to develop and deploy a wide variety of enhanced interactive skill games utilizing real-time data for the sports, horse racing and financial markets, while continuing to offer the traditional tournament skill games that have been the basis of Tournament Games' success.

As ZOI COO Safa Homayoon noted, "The deployment of these new games will allow ZOI to significantly broaden its player audience."
