Multi-Tech Awarded Best Channel Vendor by Business Solutions

The award resulted from the polling of the magazine's VAR subscribers to determine which vendor partners provided the best performance in seven different categories: service/support, channel friendly, channel program, product features, product reliability, product innovation and adequate VAR margins.

A total of 17,771 votes were cast, and to ensure accuracy, Penn State University and the magazine's staff calculated scores. Award winners were the top 15% of vendors in each surveyed category. Multi-Tech Systems scored highest in service/support, channel friendly and product features. The list of winners and top three categories for each are published in the January 2009 issue of the magazine.
