Tyco International Sets Date for 2009 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

(NYSE: TYC) today announced that its 2009 annual general meeting of shareholders will be held at 9:00 a.m. Atlantic time on Thursday, March 12, 2009 at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess Hotel in Pembroke, Bermuda. Shareholders of record as of January 6, 2009 will be entitled to vote at the annual general meeting.
