Infortel(R) Select version 7.5 was tested in a Nortel lab facility and is verified as compatible with Communication Server 1000 (CS 1000) E/M release 5.0. By focusing on products that bear the Nortel Compatible Product brandmark, such as Infortel(R) Select, customers may realize a reduction in total cost of ownership, as these products have been verified to use established, supported Nortel interfaces and integration specifications.

Infortel(R) Select enables Communication Server 1000 users to review telecom usage and manage telecom usage costs through a single application. The solution can interface with one, or with many Communication Server 1000 systems to perform automated collection of raw call detail records (CDR). Consolidated reporting facilitates the management of all telecom expenses through a single application.
