SAN FRANCISCO, March 5 /PRNewswire/ -- iSkoot, the leading provider of carrier-friendly mobile VoIP solutions, today announced the appointment of former Mobilee COO Yosi Shaulson to Vice President of Finance and Operations at iSkoot. In this new role, Shaulson will help manage contract negotiations with a variety of strategic partners, strengthen the company's financial administration and reporting procedures, and take charge of fundraising and revenue activities.

Shaulson has over 10 years of experience in the mobile sector and most recently served as Director of Finance and Operations for the Access Gate Group at NMS Communications, where he was responsible for budgeting, negotiations of strategic and carrier deals, management of partner channels, and revenue recognition aspects of the publicly-traded company. Prior to that, Shaulson was CFO/COO for wireless Internet infrastructure provider Mobilee, which was later acquired by NMS. Before Mobilee, Yosi was Director of Legal and Finance, Israel, for Live Picture Inc. From 1996 to 1998 Shaulson served as Director of Operations and Finance for OLiVR Corp., a streaming technologies company dedicated to improving the display of Web content. Earlier in his career, Shaulson was the VP of FX and legal group at IGB.
