Brocade Joins SNIA Green Storage Initiative

SAN JOSE, Calif., Oct. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Brocade(R) (NASDAQ: BRCD) , the leader in networked storage solutions that help enterprises connect and manage their information, today announced that it is one of the early members of the new Green Storage Initiative launched this week by the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA). As a member of the Initiative, Brocade will work within the SNIA to promote development and education around energy- efficient storage networking solutions that minimize the environmental impact of data center operations.
