Stark, who has closed more than $75M worth of media and entertainment deals in his career will help the company reach scale with top tier content providers.

In his role as Chief Technology Officer, DeMillo will be responsible for the technology and operational aspects of the company and serve as the technical liaison to mobile operators globally. Prior to Transpera, DeMillo was the Chief Technical Officer for Third Screen Media, where he drove the research, specification, development and technical operations of the company's MADX platform. DeMillo also served as Vice President of Mobile Technology at VeriSign, following the acquisition by Verisign of m-Qube where DeMillo was Senior Vice President of Engineering. Previous to m-Qube, DeMillo served as founder and CTO of MediaRush, an early market leader for media distribution within the home, and held technology leadership positions at ATG, a personalization and eCommerce leader, and SynaPix, a computer graphics and video effects company.
As Vice President of Business Development, Stark will oversee the company's strategic partnerships with online video publishers. Stark joins Transpera from ICTV, where he served as Vice President of Business Development and Programming. Stark also held senior business development positions with YooMedia PLC, Mixed Signals Technologies and Blast Radius, and founded Initech Consulting, a developer of strategic media technology plans for international content companies. Stark was also a co-founder of Viziworx, Inc., a provider of core interactive television authoring services that was acquired by Liberty Media.
